According to the AGHE guidelines, the dish is quite healthy since it contains many nutritious vegetables and not many unhealthy products.
How did you delegate the tasks during the cook with your partner?
My partner and I both collected the ingredients. I began to slice the potato and season it to create the wedges. My partner started to cut the vegetables and mix them in a bowl with the mayonnaise. Then, I sliced the onion and began to cook them with the steak on the pan. After about 5 minutes, the vegetables, steak and onions were cooked fully. My partner and I placed the vegetables and steak in the sandwich, to finalise the dish.
What aspects of this cook did you find difficult and how did you overcome these?
I found that trying to speed up our production and work rate might have been challenging, because we only completed the dish about 5 minutes after recess. I overcame this problem by using my cooking time more efficiently and maintaining a good flow of speed while cooking.

This dish was rated a 4 out of 5. The decision was made because of the fabulous texture of the sandwich and the additional caramelized onions and mayonnaise. I learned many new skills throughout the process of cooking this meal. I learned how to make wedges and how to create a mixture of vegetables and mayonnaise.
A brief history of this dish, 50 -100 words (where did it originate from etc):
The historic Italian steak sandwich features thin slices of seasoned roast steak, dripping with meat juices, on a dense, long Italian-style roll, believed to have originated in Chicago, where its origin dates back at least to the 1930s. The dish was completely unknown in Italy despite it containing the Italian roll.
